1.Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the US, UK ,Australia ,Canada and in all countries inside the European Union. We serve over 50 countries through USPS and EMS Worldwide Express.

2.How much do you charge for shipping?

12 usd per item !

3.How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive your order.  Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's.

4.Do you overnight an order?

Unfortunately we cannot overnight the items because we have a special agreement with our delivery companies.

5.What if I don't get my order in more than 15 days?

Then, it may mean that there will be a delay with your order. Either we may not have your item in stock or there may be a problem with the information provided by you. In that case, please reach our customer service and check your order with one of our reps.

6. How can I check my order status?

To check your order status, simply visit our tracking page by clicking at the ' order status ' tab at the footer. You can then check your status by inputting the order ID or your  name  when placing your order with us and the month your order was made.

7.Why doesn't my tracking number work?

All tracking numbers are activated in 24 hours in the database of the shipping companies. If you are not able to track your order when you get your tracking number, it may be because the delivery company has not processed it inside their database system yet.

8.Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?

Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

vipsneaker must be contacted prior to any returns and a digital picture of the item received must first be provided.

Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

9.Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we currently accept credit card payments and paypal , simply 'add to cart' any item and pay with your credit card.

10.Why are your prices so low?

We strive to keep our customers happy and with cash! So our prices are the lowest in the market.

11. Are your shoes original?

All items are factory variants (100% Brand new with high quality) .
